Returns and Cancellations
At Studio Brendon Collins we hope you love the handmade wooden jewellery you purchase from my store. Each piece is made to order in my Melbourne studio. Please make your selection carefully as we don’t accept returns, refunds or cancelations if you change your mind. When purchasing custom-sized items (such as rings) it is important that you provide us with the correct size using our guide. This will enable us to give you a perfect fit. We don’t accept returns if the ring size you order doesn’t fit.
Shipping
Domestic
We value our customers and as a reward we provide free shipping within Australia. All our jewellery is sent via registered post with Australia Post and requires a signature upon delivery.
International
We can send your pieces of handmade wooden jewellery anywhere in the world for a flat cost of $30. All items are shipped with Australia Post.
If your purchase is damaged in transit
The safe delivery of your handmade piece of jewellery is of the upmost importance to us. In the unlikely event that the piece of jewellery has been damaged during transit please photograph the damage and email the images to info@studiobrendoncollins.com immediately.
The piece must then be returned to us via registered post with a signature required upon delivery. Our postage address can be found on the back of your parcel or provided upon request. Please email us a copy of postage receipt and tracking code once you have sent the item. Once we have received the returned item, we will assess whether it is able to be repaired or if it needs to be replaced with a new piece. Please be aware that it will be replaced with new piece of the same design, alterations are not available. We do not refund the purchased item.
If your jewellery box is damaged in transit
We take a lot of pride in our packaging and want your purchase to arrive in style. So, if the jewellery box is damaged during shipping please contact us within seven days of receiving the item. We will happily send you a new box free of charge.
