These colourful little wooden studs are handmade from one of my favourite native timbers, medicine wood. Medicine wood has been traditionally used by indigenous Australian as a medicinal smoke, it also produces an edible fruit. The timber’s bright orange surface comes alive after just a few coats of oil.
